Yakima Single Hop Pale Ale Series 2025 (12 x 500ml)

For the next stop on our single hop showcase we are back in The Yakima Valley in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. 

The Yakima Valley is a special place for hops. Not only is the valley incredibly hospitable to the plant, but the Yakima Chief Growers Collective brings together Yakima Valley hop farmers and a world class hop-breeding program which has birthed some of the best known  hops on the planet. Namely, Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.

Like with past single-hop series, our multi-talented brewer and designer Jonah has created some beautiful and informative art which will be included in each box. 

Each of these Pale Ales were brewed to the same recipe with one difference, the hops. Here is what you can expect to find in each box: 

2 x Citra 5.3%

2 x Centennial 5.1%

2 x Columbus 5.2%

2 x Chinook 5.4%

2 x Mosaic 5.2% 

2 x Simcoe 5.2%
