A case of 12 x 500ml bottles of Hopfenweisse.
Inspired by the traditional German Hefeweizen, we have brewed our Hopfenweisse with both malt and torified wheat and a very generous addition of hops.
Like with most of beers, each time we brew the Hopfenweisse we use a different hop. In this iteration we have used the New Zealand hop, Vic Secret.
You can expect elements of tropical fruits, herbs and pine rounded out with slight bitterness and classic banana notes.
