Brett Pils takes our popular dry-hopped Pilsner and introduces a little wildness into the mix. By fermenting with Brettanomyces, we’ve created something that’s still crisp and refreshing, but with a bit more dryness and funk than you’d expect from our usual Pils. It’s clean, hoppy, and experimental in the best possible way.
