London Sour: A kettle sour using lactobacillus and, in this version, 200g/L of Brittish Raspberries. More sour intensity and less complexity.
Kvass: Low ABV Eastern European ceral beer, lightly sour and very refreshing!
Foeder Beer: a funky, pale ale aged in foeders developing very complex flavours often asociated with Belgian beer styles.
Grisette: A dry saison, no sourness or sweetness, but a small amount of funk over eathy, grassy aromas.
BDS': Beers aged in oak barrels for 6-9 months with fruit or hops having a sour or wild yeast flavour.
